Frozen herbs -18°C
published on 21/11/2025
In the latest edition of Itinéraires BIO, BioWallonie's magazine, Herbafrost is in the spotlight with an extensive article about our approach and our collaboration with one of our Walloon organic growers: Axel Moës.
Axel began his adventure in aromatic herbs four years ago. Looking for a new market, he crossed paths with Herbafrost, and has been a regular partner ever since. What started with 2 hectares of parsley has grown to no less than 30 hectares of aromatic plants, of which about 14 hectares are organic and 16 hectares are conventional. An impressive evolution that underlines his craftsmanship and perseverance.
The article recounts how Axel built up his expertise “in the field,” season after season, and how our collaboration contributes to the sustainable and high-quality cultivation of fresh herbs. We are proud of his growth and the strong bond we have built up over the years.
